Brenda Li, based in Vancouver, Canada, is a bestselling children's author-illustrator and a mom of two sweet troublemakers.

Prior to being a creator of iconic children's books, Brenda is an award-winning TV motion designer and a visual effects artist for film. Her work includes high profile Hollywood movies - Transformers 3, Thor, Tron Legacy to name a few.

Brenda graduated from economics and commerce in university. But she rather draws cartoons.

 

On a typical day, Brenda is busy driving her kids to school, dropping them off at soccer and hockey, dealing with their tantrums, cheering them on at soccer and hockey, chasing her dreams, chasing her kids, writing stories and illustrating on her iPad — ALL AT THE SAME TIME.
